Queen Latifah was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, after police officers stopped her 2003 Cadillac Escalde in North Hollywood.

Latifah was driving on U.S. 101 when Officers pulled her over shortly after 3:00 a.m. for making an unsafe lane change.

Officers present said that the once they established contact with Latifah and found that she was under the influence, they gave her a sobriety test, which she failed.

Latifah was arrested and booked at the 77th Street station.
