A gardener is in the process of suing "Westside Connection" member Mack 10 and his wife Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins of the group TLC - for allegedly "stiffing" him on a bill for snapdragons. A hearing for the lawsuit is scheduled for next month which was filed in July. The lawsuit states that Mack 10 and his wife ordered landscaping last year for their gated Moorpark home but never paid the hired gardening firm, Kevin Persons Inc.

Persons claims that the couple owe him nearly $15,000 for providing "50 flats of mixed snapdragons, four 15-gallon plants, sod, sprinklers, tree lighting and 10 square yards of walk-on bark" The gardener claims that he had an oral agreement with the rap artist, although the couple were unable to comment, Persons had this to say about Mack 10 : "He's got more money in cars than what I make in a year!
