 We earlier reported some news on the DJ Quik DVD from the FortressDVD newsletter. Well here we have some exclusive news straight out of the FortressDVD camp!
As we reported a while back, DJ Quik was set to record an original score for the DVD. Well we can tell you that he has completed 6 tracks for the DVD! It is not yet decided whether they will also be on a seperate CD but we will have the news for you as soon as we can! Also, you can expect a segment titled "Making The Song" which shows, from start to finish, a Quik track in the making with Nate Dogg! I know many fans will be eager to see that!
Also we can report that videos for : "Born & Raised In Compton", "Tonight", "Quik Is The Name" and "Trouble" are set to be included on the DVD! You can also look forward to some "surprises" that are set to feature on the finished product!
As if that wasnt exclusive enough, we now have some new pictures for you to check out! These are of Quik live at Powerhouse not too long ago (Manchester United fans will definitely want to check these!) : DJ Quik Live (1) | DJ Quik Live (2) | DJ Quik Live (3)
Any European fans of previous FortressDVD releases will be pleased to know that early next year they will have EU distribution and all past releases will be available in PAL (Region 2) More news as we get it!
