As reported a week or so back, Benzino is coming hard at Eminem. He dissed him a mixtape and then Eminem 'responded' by making fun of 'Has-Benzino' on a radio program hosted by 50 Cent. Now it has gone to the next step with Benzino appearing to catch a case of 'Canibus-itis' and putting out another Eminem diss record!

The new track, which began circulating late last week features Benzino dissing Eminem, D12 ('I Hope these aren't the cats you fight with'), Obie Trice ('and Obie Trice youse a busta'), 50 Cent ('50 get that loot and ride, but please dont make the mistake and take this fools side') and basically anyone else involved with Eminem. Benzino raps:

"You the real wanksta, and i don't care who you sign, disrespect Benzino and that ass is mine" and "Tell your label head stop callin' my phone (Jimmy), leaving messages saying please leave him alone'. You can listen to the track Here

With the track Benzino claims to be 'taking it back to the streets' and that is why he is dissing him. One wonders if now is the time for that given the recent tragic murder of Jam Master Jay. Another question many have asked is 'Why Eminem'? Why target him over say Ja Rule? There appears to be more to this than meets the eye. Now the million dollar question, will Eminem respond?
