Well, LL Cool J has certainly come a long way since starring as the angry, malnourished, shotgun toting rapper from "Krush Groove." Some might call this a step back, but oh well. He and American Music Awards co-host Britney Spears, are in the midst of coming up with a lil' number for the upcoming award show.
The three-hour music awards show will air Jan. 8, from Los Angeles. (OK, but just don't record it ... por favor!)
