Foxy Brown has been scheduled to appear in the State Supreme Court today (Friday) in Manhattan.

Born Inga Marchand, is the subject of an accusation for assaulting two nail salon employees in 2004. The argument was allegedly over moneys paid for a manicure at Bloomie Nails.

Initially Foxy Brown was charged with a misdemeanor assault, attempted assault and harassment. In the latest court proceedings she has declined two misdemeanor plea deals. The pleas would have allowed her to circumvent serving jail time.
