Rapper Swift from D12 was sentenced to a 93 day jail sentence after missing a scheduled court date. The rapper was present at Proof's funeral on that day. He will be spending his jail sentence in Oakland County jail.
Born Ondre Moore, Swift was arrested 3 months back for violating the terms of his probation. The probation stemmed from a drunk driving case Swift was involved with.
The warrant from District Court Judge Brian MacKenzie was issued the same day Swift was serving as a pallbearer for fellow group member Proof.
Court records indicate that Swift, 31, was drinking alcohol which was a direct violation of the terms of his probation.
Swift's probation came last October as a result of pleading guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle while visibly impaired.
The funeral services for Proof was held April 19th at the Detroit Fellowship Chapel.
