Clear Channel Radio New York’s Power 105.1 (WWPR-FM), New York’s Certified Number One for Hip Hop & R&B, is pleased to welcome Hip Hop DJ/TV personality DJ Clue to the station for evenings 6pm-10pm. The announcement was made today by Nate Bell, Power 105.1’s Program Director.
Bell stated: “We're thrilled to have an A-List talent like DJ Clue join Power 105 and flip the switch. I'm excited because I know Clue's skills, creativity and work ethic will take evenings on Power to the next level.”
DJ Clue, The Mix Tape Phenomenon, is a signed Platinum Recording Artist with Jay Z’s label Rocafella Records. He's the CEO of Desert Storm Records, (which is the home of Platinum plus recording Artists Fabolous and Joe Budden) a television host for MTV's Direct Effect, as well as an experienced radio personality in the #1 radio market; New York City.
DJ Clue is also one of the most respected and recognized Re-mixer/Producer in the country. His recent work includes the remix of Mariah Carey's "We belong together". With a new album, The Professional Part III, slated for release in spring 2006, DJ Clue has assembled a roster of the hottest and most versatile artists out today: Mariah Carey, The Game, Fabolous, Faith Evans, Snoop Dogg, Nas, MOP, Mobb Deep, Jagged Edge, Mario Winans, Beanie Sigel, Styles, and Jadakiss to name a few.
