Two teens were shot late Wednesday after they left a rap concert at Kemper Arena.
The two were in a car with several others when another car pulled up beside it on southbound Interstate 35 near 20th Street. Someone in that car opened fire, critically injuring the two teens.
Police were not certain whether the violence started at the concert. Police are searching for a dark brown Chevrolet Caprice.
