Chicago hip-hop mainstays, Celo, Abstruss Tone, and DJ Rude1 (making up the group Earatik) are preparing their long overdue group debut album.
After years of releasing 12" singles, and performing around the country, their debut album Feelin Earatik will finally satisfy their loyal fanbase. Known for their strong live performance, the group has shared the stage with such acts as Rakim, Ice Cube, Digital Underground, and Outkast, as well as toured Europe with such acts as Atmosphere and Pacewon.
The album's lead single is "Evil is Timeless" (produced by The Opus), and has already receiving heavy spins across the country, receiving Top 10 positioning at RapAttackLives and RapNetwork.com. Also, the video has been aired on various mix shows as well.
Album collaborations include Kool Keith, Akrobatik, Pacewon, Edo.G, Rise & Shine, K-Solo, Profound, as well as production from the legendary Diamond (D.I.T.C), The Molemen, Single Minded Pros, Copperpot, The Opus and more.
Feelin Earatik is slated to drop March 8th on Chicago's Gravel Records.
