First off, what are the names of all the group members?  

Hollywood, Ramzi, Pooh, and D.C.

What is your group’s background?

2 of the members (Ramzi and Hollywood) were dancers for H-Town back in 2001, and Pooh is Ramzi's cousin, and we knew D.C. from high school.  Ramzi came up with the idea to start the group.  We entered into a couple of talent shows including the 97.9 The Beat (Radio-One)/Sunkist Talent Search in which we won it all.  After that we did shows all over Dallas and California.  We ran into Rocket and Melani Ismail at Blue Mesa, and from there we showed them what we had and then we signed to COZ Records.  Melani is the manager of 214 and she and Jorge Becerra have been working on the upcoming project.

What are some of your musical influences?

H-Town, Jodeci, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, John P. Keaton, and Ray Charles.

What is the name of your current project?

That's to be determined by spring 2005

For your albums first single, what can we expect first?

Everything that's been missing which is taking it back the performance days, put it like this Usher times 4.  We are bringing to the table something that isn't in the game right which is 4 talented singers, writers, and entertainers, all of this in one show.

The first single is Crunk, TX and that is a city that all cities in Texas can relate too. The single is tight, we're getting airplay in the Southwest region.

Are you currently getting radio play, if so, where?

Yes, we are in the Southwest which includes Texas, Louisianna, Florida, all of them.  The radio campaign begins January 25th.

If you could do collaborate with any artist alive today, who would it be?

Well, even though he isn't alive, we would've liked to do a song with Dino of H-Town.  Also, Dave Hollister and R. Kelly.

Is there any DVD project coming soon to look out for?

Not right now.

What else can we expect to see from you in 2005?

You'll see us blowing up the charts, going on tour, ruling the charts, giving great shows. 

Which CD’s would we be likely to find in your car at any given time?

Dave Hollister, Jodeci, Mint Condition, H-Town, Old School, Case, Joe, Silk, and Shai.

What do you think about the current state of the rap game?

I wish there was less beef and more unity, our music has none that.  No beef with nobody.  Matter of fact we wanna do a show with B2K if they ever get back together.  We're not rappers, we're more versatile.  We can rap, we can sing, and we can harmonize.  We're different from what everybody has right now.
