On Sept. 2, Chicago Judge Leida Santiago in the Twista case, ordered that Twista's wife Rashida Mitchell be restrained and enjoined from directing and/or allowing their daughter Aailiyah to talk to the media about this (divorce) litigation or events related to the litigation. This order was entered pursuant to Twista's attorney Jeffery M. Leving's Emergency Petition For A Restraining Order after rap artist Twista's ten-year-old daughter was interviewed by the media and her name, age, school district, and photographs were published in the Chicago Sun-Times. Twista's hard hitting Chicago attorney Jeffery M. Leving, moved swiftly to protect Twista's daughter and won. The Judge also ordered Rashida not to speak to the minor child about Twista except in a laudatory manner. "It is a sad state of affairs when a Judge has to order a mother not to speak to her child about the father in a negative manner", said Leving. This agreed order established that Twista is current in child support.

"Twista is a loving father and his daughter means the world to him", according to Leving. This was an important victory.

Mr. Leving is a high profile Fathers' Rights attorney and his biography is on http://www.dadsrights.com.
