Tupac Shakurs rap group 'Outlawz' had signed a deal with Cash Money Records. The deal  has fallen thru. The 'Outlawz' signed to Cash Money back on May 28th, but the deal never got finialized.

The 'Outlawz' were waiting 2 months for their advance and Cash Money Records never signed the contract.. So the 'Outlawz' decided to move on because they have a few other things on the table and they didn't want to sit around and wait. They say that is not normal business practice.

Fans will be disappointed since with this signing there was a possible 'Outlawz' album coming out soon. Now as fans we can just wait till something else comes along for them.
