*"I got an uncle in Cincinnati," the rap ledgend Snoop yelled to the 13,000 strong during the first stop of the summer’s rock-fueled Projekt Revolution Tour. "I want to bring out my uncle, Bootsy Collins!" With that, the innovative P-Funk bassist stepped forward from the back of the stage at Cincinnati’s Riverbend Music Center and joined Snoop for what MTV.com described as a “slow-groove funk chant-along” before Bootsy took over on bass and the band fell into “Ain’t No Fun (If the Homies Can’t Have None).” Dressed in a Ken Griffey Jr. Cincinnati Reds jersey, Snoop also performed crowd faves “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang,” “Deep Cover” and “Tha Shiznit.” Wu Tang’s Ghostface was one of five acts on the bill performing on the smaller Revolution Stage in the Riverbend parking lot.
