An ex-model has filed a $15 million lawsuit claiming she was sexually attacked by hip-hop music producer and entrepreneur Damon Dash, her lawyer said Wednesday.

Kirstie Thompson filed the suit Tuesday in state Supreme Court in Manhattan, lawyer Raoul Felder said. She was seeking compensation for punitive damages, pain and suffering and mental damages, he said.

The alleged attack occurred after a New Year's Eve party in Brazil in 2002. Thompson claims Dash approached her at the party and asked her if she would have sex with him, and she said no, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

The next morning, Dash allegedly came into her hotel room and raped her while she was in a drug- and alcohol-induced haze, Thompson says.

"For 10 to 15 seconds at 8:30 in the morning, he was on top of me," Thompson told the Post. "I screamed out to my best friend, and nothing happened, and I certainly passed out."

A spokeswoman for Dash, Amanda Silverman, called the allegations baseless.

"These are ludicrous allegations. Damon hasn't been charged with anything," Silverman told the Post.

Dash co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records with rapper Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Durke. With Jay-Z, he also founded the Rocawear clothing line.

He has served as executive producer on albums by Jay-Z, Memphis Bleek and Beanie Sigel.
