*Bow Wow may be peddling soup, but it’s not about helping out for those in need.
The pint-sized rapper who stars in a commercial for Campbell’s soup, had been hired by Chicago-area businessman, Harold Ward, to hand out toys to an elementary school.
However Bow was a no-show. Ward says that he arranged to have the young star give out toys at Aldridge school last Friday, but the rapper canceled and instead made promotional appearances at Chicago’s WGCI and a retail store, MTV reports.
Ward and the school’s principal organized a protest of Bow Wow’s appearance at both the station and its Big Jam concert that night.
