Tony D’s most recent project is the score for a movie starring Nelly, Schooly D, Dean Winters, and more called SNIPES distributed by Ruff Life/New Line Cinema. SNIPES was at movie theaters in June and is now available on DVD.

What exactly went down??

According to police, Tony was allegedly growing marijuana at his Trenton home a couple weeks ago.

He faces several drug, weapons and gambling charges following a house-raid.

He was arrested at his home by the Hamilton Narcotics/Vice Unit officers who have been investigating him ever since.

Anthony Depula (Tony D) is charged with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possesion with intent to distribute, marijuana plants, gambling records and possession of fireworks, promoting gambling and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Apparently a ‘concerned citizen’ (rat) tipped them off to suspected drug activity….

“Because of my hip hop affiliations, and coming from a small city/suburb- you get Hated on…This results are people getting jealous and wanting to f***k you up…

There’s no guns, gambling or drugs here…It’s a set-up!

Someone’s given a false statement.”

Unfortunately it’s only gotten worse. they gave Tony an ultimatum... Cooperate or they put out a warrant for his fiance.

Well Tony didn't comply with the police at all, and they arrested his fiancée the other day. He had to bail her out….Cost him $25,000.

Another $25,000 over the already $101,000 it cost to bail him out.

That’s an expensive beat!

Tony is keeping busy with production while they vigorously solve this in the courts.

Currently Tony is working on another movie called Train Ride and developing new talent and honing his production craft.
