Rapper Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs' love of quality cigars has landed him in big trouble with high-end Miami tobacco kings Moore & Bode - after he included shots of their working practices in his new video.
The rap mogul and sidekick Nelly smoke the M&B cigars in the video for "Shake Ya TailFeather", but it's footage of workers rolling them that has upset bosses.
They claim P. Diddy's crew entered their premises and filmed cigar rollers at work without permission - and now they've filed a suit claiming the secret of their success has been exposed.
In legal papers served in Miami this week, Moore & Bode bosses claim the footage, which appears in the video, is an "invasion of privacy" and "theft of trade and business secrets."
They claim the rolling process involves "secret combinations of tobacco," which are "carefully guarded."
P. Diddy and his camp are yet to respond.
This is the third time Puffy has been sued ,he was sued twice last month.
