50 has had his moment, or at least some might say. 50 Cent has appeared on countless mixtapes in recent months and some listeners are getting sick of him and his style. Despite the success of "Get Rich Or Die Trying" it seems that many of his loyal fans appear to be young female 'groupies' who were once wrongly associated with the more hard-edged rapper Ja Rule. Speculation is that upon the release of Ja Rule's 'Blood In My Eye' EP 50 Cent will be confronted by some sad truths, that he is a one minute wonder who has no real future away from street hip hop. His commercial viability is not viewed as consistent by record industry insiders and Obie Trice is already being pressured into filling the gaps that 50 is missing. 50's attitude continues to cause a stir amongst the hip hop community when he recently made an appearance on Flex's show and dissed LiL' KiM, Shyne, and others that he seems to think his short period of success has entered him above. To many in the hip hop community it is a sad day to see 50 Cent appear on DMX's final album and hear the words "G-Unit Ruff Ryders" in the same line. 50's talent is unquestionable, but is it versitile enough to remain at the top of the hip hop game? Will his attitude and inward style lead to his mortal fate? Only time will tell...
