Ny Daily News Reports, Noreaga of the rap duo of Capone-N-Noreaga was busted with some pals in Manhattan yesterday for allegedly having a stash of grass in his Humvee, police sources said.
Noreaga, 25, real name Victor Santiago, was charged with possession of marijuana shortly after 5 p.m., the sources said.
Also arrested were Khalid 'Trag' Daniels, 20, of Manhattan; Percy Chapman, 32, of Queens; Andre Locus, 34, of Staten Island, and Martin Moore, 33, of Edgewater, N.J.
Police stopped Santiago's Humvee at E. 15th St. and Irving Place after getting a report that someone had brandished a gun before getting into a similar vehicle.
