HipHop-Central.com reported that Last Friday RZA called a meeting at his condo in NYC for all nine members. RZA had reportedly called the meeting to discuss the group's future plans and to work out all the differences that Clan members have been having as of late including small beefs between ODB & Raekwon and Ghostface Killah & Inspectah Deck. The meeting lasted an hour and a half and after a practically brutal fight, Method Man left vowing to never work with the group again!!!! A couple of hours later Meth popped up on Funk Flex's "Friday Night Street Jam" where he told the world he was no longer a Wu member and premired a new song titled "Verbal Darts", a scathing diss to his eight "brothers" in the clan!!!!!
On Saturday the eight remaining members of the Wu appeared on Tony Touch's show on Power 105 on which the group talked about Mehod Man, their upcoming albums and hinted at the possibility of a tour and major motion picture!!!! They also played a new track which they said they recorded at RZA's crib after hearing Meth on Hot 97. The track was called "Real Niggaz", which featured all eight members dissing Method Man and production from RZA. They claimed it was the Wu version of N.W.A.'s song of the same title on which N.W.A. dissed Ice Cube and that the track would appear on their upcoming group album.
