The next trial involving "Tha Row Records" & "DPG Records" will be on February 19th and apparently "Death Row" is claiming to be bankrupt:

02/19/2003 at 08:30 am in department 34 at 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles
(Motion Of Defendants, Marion H.Knight and Death Row Records, for application to reconsider, revoke and/or modify prior order and Motion of defendant to Stay Execution of Judgment)

Basically, they're going back to court. "Death Row" is telling the judge they are bankrupt. "DPG Recordz" are arguing, how are they funding their fully staffed label releasing a soundtrack this year if they're bankrupt.
