City National Bank filed a lawsuit against Marion 'Suge' Knight in U.S. District Court, accusing the rap mogul of failing to make payments on a yacht he has moored at Marina del Rey.

According to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday, the owner of Tha Row record label owes $592,333.75 plus late fees. Attorney Peter Csato, who filed the lawsuit, said the loan was originally for $1 million and that payments haven’t been made since November.
